Excellent Tool
Being the head IT of a major company means I have a lot that I need to manage. This app simplifies so many things by putting everything together and is very easy to use. With this app in play, I'm capable of even monitoring how my ITs are actually handling system and server problems on their own. The most useful part I've discovered though is the push notifications for individual servers and systems, because within a very short amount of time of something happening to a system, you can respond to it almost right away, keeping efficiency at a high level. And these can be tailored to accompany just about any possible problems that can happen and you are even capable of assigning priority levels to the notifications as well. Great App BUT!!!
I've been using this app since its original release. It's been very helpful and very reliable.
When I purchased the app from the App Store it was before subscriptions. But with every update they keep taking away functions to try and force me to get a subscription.
At one point I attempted to update to subscription but it wouldn't accept any of my payment methods. I loved this product so much that I tried to buy a subscription for the business I manage but same thing it wouldn't accept our company card.
I would honestly give 5 stars for the app because it works great but I don't like their forceful business practices lately. Stop taking functions from existing users and restrict only the new users.Show lesstonesto7
Great app
This app is really nice, there is only some lag between the real time stats and what shows up which is to be expected. Shows CPU and RAM usage, CPU, HDD, and motherboard temperatures and fan speeds. I can give pretty much any "shut down" like command. I can check for and install updates. I can do all this from anywhere and not just on wifi with my pc. It is a great app. This could be me not being able to figure a way around this, but the ink downside is that you have to launch the control on the PC which usually asks for permission from UAC every time you start the computer up. That's the only downside I can think of, otherwise I really like it.Show lessAwesome098

This is the best app I have actually come across, I genuinely mean that, I can find no flaws! I'm literally finding more information out about my computer from my iPad then my computer itself! Wow. Just... Wow.
For an IT pro this app is beautiful. My only qualm (and it's a minor one that can be circumvented, if a bit painstakingly, w/ PowerShell) is there are no built-in network monitoring tools.
The impetus behind me trying the app is wanting to know when a large program d/l and installation completes. While very impressed w/ the app overall it didn't quite do everything I dreamed it might. I had big dreams, I admit. It's still a fantastic app giving me almost complete control of my home computer right from my iPhone. Amazing.Show lessapjohn2

Everything you need and more
I have been using this software to manage my servers (and desktops) for over 2 years and I have nothing but great things to say about it. For starters, it is nice to be able to sit in bed late at night with my iPhone or iPad and manage these machines. I can log off users, restart machines, kill processes, and check/apply updates.
The notifications are so much better than some email, because I can get details from the software about what is going on and know long. Not that I sit and wrote powershell from my iPhone, but knowing I could is comforting. The reports are also great.

Great app but don't like membership, and nothing new lately.
It's really cool too have information of your computers but don't like the membership to monitor more than 3 computer I would like to monitor 8 computers I would have paid more for the app but I'm not paying a membership. And Mac monitor software is still not complete, lacking option and high CPU use after sleep.
And lately there haven't been any substantial updates. There are still many features that would be nice to have.Show lessMolinamnicolas
