  • Can't tell if it works

I put in the port and click listen and nothing happens. Is my WOL broke? My router? Or this app? Documentation is needed
  • Works for my linksys DD wrt

I just changed the port to the port # that I monitor and it was able to detect the packet from LAN or WAN. Tested it using iPhone to send the package, and didn't have to forward the port to the iPhone's ip address either. I think this is good to test if your router forwards the magic packet or not. I used it to see if my automatically computer wakes because of wol or some scheduled task. It ended up being Windows media center scheduled update...
The app doesn't work in the background! It crashes when I open up from multitasking. This mean I had to let the app run on iPhone screen to monitor the network.

  • useful app

i think this app is useful, with one small recommendation to the developer:
I would liked to have had the 'Done' button on the keyboard when selecting the port. Currently user must double-tap outside of the textbox to close the keyboard and run the app.
    Otherwise, great!
