I like the recipes, nothing out of the ordinary, but at least they seem authentic. Don't like the app too much, very basic. Also, I know Lebanese cooking has more, maybe you need to add the exotic section where real difficult food is included and not for the novice cook.
You also need to redesign for the iPad, you have more features there.
