Apple Watch connection freezes app

can’t do the distance test using the Apple Watch. It keeps freezing and then shutting down the app on the iPhone. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t help.

Poor instructions

Poor instructions on how to use. Could not determine correct distance to view screen, or how to switch between iPhone test of computer test options.

Worst App Ever

Don’t download this app. First of all, it’s completely inaccurate! I know 100% that my vision is 20/30 with my glasses on in my left eye but when I took one of the tests and it said I had 2/50 and then I take another one and get 20/20. And not only is it inaccurate, but it’s also annoying. There’s a test to see if your near-sided, (which I already knew I wasn’t, I’m far-sided), and first of all, it gives you all these things you have to do written in small text but tells you to take off your glasses and even when you have your glasses off it still tells you you need to take them off, but not only that, just to read that I had to have someone help me! Finally, in the test it tells you that your either to close or to far away. But it doesn’t work. I tried it and when your too far away and you bring it closer, it says your too close! And when it says your to close and you move it farther it says that your too far away! I deleted the app after a frustrating experience. (By the way, the other tests are very hard and frustrating too, just not as much.)

Hello KittyTheTalkingCatAndFriends, thank you very much for your feedback. We regret that you had a bad experience. The app was built and tested together with an ophthalmologist and is used in a clinical environment on a daily basis. Therefore it is a little bit hard for us to reproduce why you got different results in your test. Thank you for your comment on the interface. We will work to improve the interface further to use less text in the future. It is still important to read the text fully in order to understand the instruction to do everything right. If you like you could also use the reading out loud function in our settings in the meantime. About the distance measurement: The measurement was built to get a correct result. It tries to keep you not too close to the test, so that you can't cheat. Maybe try moving the phone slower during the test when it tells you how to move the phone. Won’t open

New version 3.0.6 instant crash iOS 12.4 (iPhone SE and iPad Air 2). Old version 2.51 still opens fine w/ iOS 10.3.

Beautiful and Smart

Easy to use and brilliantly designed, this is the perfect app for testing your eyes. I was impressed with how accurately it's able to measure the capabilities of your vision. Truly a marvel.

Great app

My vision changes a lot, so this app is really helpful for checking if your prescription is still valid without having to make an ophthalmologist's appointment. Very nice design, easy to use, has never crashed on me. Highly recommended!

Eyetest exclusion

This is a great application for patients and there should be a big market for it, unfortunately, the 32,000 optometrists in the US would be recommending patients see their "ophthalmologist or optician" with this app. Kudos to the creator of the app but due to the pop ups that recommend further evaluation excluding optometry, myself and 32,000 others will have to forego recommending the app. Recommendation to the creator would be to include optometry and thus increase your market and provide patients with non-political recommendations. We look forward to the inclusion of optometry. At that point the app will receive 5 stars, but as an optometrist this app will remain 1 star.
