This is a real kick. Glenn has an approach that works; he moves slowly and easily as he leads you through training and guidance. I have spent hundreds looking for decent self-help in the self-hypnosis genre, and this application makes others simply "spastic" in their approach. My only problem is with the ipod archicture and functionality when loading apps into itunes; there is no reasonable progress indidcator during installation or loading. . . .
