Better than nothing
I need a fan to sleep, mostly for noise. I downloaded this while on vacation in a quiet room. It works well. I do feel that there is too much white noise and not enough fan noise. I'd also like to have different fan sounds as options. Overall this will do the trick, but it could be better.
Used to be great
The previous version was perfect. My wife has trouble sleeping without a fan noise and the previous version is perfect since I can just turn it on an leave it running all night, even if the iPad is locked. I could even use other programs while it was running, unless they used sound. Please make it run in the background again without having to set a time limit!!!!

Disappointing
I like to sleep with a noisy fan in the room. I was on vacation last week and forgot to pack a fan-- the room was achingly quiet. So I searched for an app (at least I had my iPod). There are a ton of ambient noise and white noise apps, but all I really want is fan noise. I was thrilled to discover this app. Unfortunately the fan noise is to low and the white noise control simply turns the fan sound into static. You can barely hear this fan.
Maybe the developer can improve the sound through a future update, but for now don't waste your money and remember to pack a fan.

Saved my vacation
I brought a small fan on trip to Germany. Fried it the first night. This app saved my trip. Was able to sleep through the night. Set timer, worked great. Thanks
