I cannot pay!!
Suddenly, after using Ozon for two years for many many purchases, the app and the website both stopped accepting all forms of payment. A new card is not accepted for entry, Apple Pay does not work, and all my current credit cards fail. The cards and Apple Pay all work at every other vendor online and offline, but at Ozon, nothing is accepted. I live in the Moscow region and during the lockdown this was a serious inconvenience. Please fix the app so that I can again make purchases. Thank you.Show lessplussian

Loyalty card only for Russians
Been refused loyalty card due to me being a foreign citizen, for the rest - good app, apart from that, it is not offering enough value for it's membership yet.Слава вдв 666
Delivery to neighbor country took week plus and can’t track my package
Ozon had a policy to deliver up to 5 days if you choose so. But honestly they don’t care!
I am waiting my package already 7 days plus and I have no idea when it should arrive
Support doesn’t work at all, if you ask them where is your package they are saying it still on the way, but the day before yesterday they’ve sent a message it has arrived!
What a mess!

I have been using Ozon for several years to order gifts to friends and family who live in Russia. Up until last year, it was working fine... suddenly over the last few months it stopped accepting Apple Pay or foreign bank cards!!! Ridiculous!!!! Fix it!!!Skhy

Цены значительно выше чем на других ресурсах, бывает даже в три-четыре раза. Часто чересчур предприимчивые продавцы на сильно завышенную цену делают скидку, чтобы повысить продажи и заманить покупателя купить товар по дорогой цене, якобы с хорошей скидкой. Хотелось бы, чтобы таких продавцов было меньше. Будьте внимательны, проверяйте реальную стоимость товара! Покупаю здесь только из за удобной доставки и отличного сервиса, только товары по не завышенной цене (товар можно вернуть, если не подошёл или ожидания не совпали с реальностью, это очень удобно при онлайн покупках.)Show less100000000alenaaaaa
