Honestly no one knew a timecode calculator could be so glorious to set your eyes upon but at Panoptik we have OCD and couldn’t release it until every little detail was perfect.

  • No 23.98 calculation

You have 29.97, but no 23.98. And no custom frame rate option. Otherwise works for everything else. Strange the most popular option does not exist...
  • Let down

Man, I really wanted to like this app. The interface is beautiful and it does exactly what it says it's supposed to do. Only problem is there's no support for 23.98 in video mode. There's an option for it if you're in one of the film modes but otherwise it's locked at 24fps. I find this surprising since the majority of filmmakers shoot in digital video these days. Support for film is great but digital video should be a no brainer. I was hoping this was just an oversight and would be corrected in an update but it's been almost a year since the last update so...I'm guessing it's not coming. Very disappointed.

  • No 2398 frame rate available

While this looked to be a great purchase, and for what it does it could be really handy, the fact there is no option for 23.98 frame rate is a HUGE deal breaker for me. This is 2016 and 2398 is one of the most used frame rates. Zero support from both Panoptik. zero support from Tapfinger. So much potential... So sad.
