I got this for my daughter really enjoys it! I got her the full version and she is now learning that the letters need to be put in place in a certain order. Make more so it can grow with her..please.Ms. M's Mommy

For Reading, it's a miss!
I'm quite disappointed. The Bob Books themselves are great. However, you cannot read the books in this app. Fluency and comprehension are fundamental to reading skill. The games in this app are very good for phonics and spelling. But, for reading, it's a BIG miss.
If you were hoping for the Bob Books, you won't find them here. The app should be called "Bob Pages" because the books aren't in this app...just some of the pages...3 pages to be exact. And, on those 3 pages, children have the opportunity to spell a total of 5-8 words, depending on the level: Mat, sat, Sam, had, cat, Dot, has, hat. The same 3 pages are repeated on each of 4 levels. Granted, this is a free version. But, there isn't the ability to read a single book? I expected one book in the free version, at least 3 in the $1.99 version and a whole set (level 1, etc.) in the $3.99 version. My understanding is that the paid versions just offer more pages, not complete books. Very disappointing.Show lessA Mom Reviews
Well Done
I have 6 boys and homeschool. I have been using the Bob Books for years. This is good on so many levels. The older boys coached the younger ones through reading the verbs and articles. The various levels were good sending them through the material over and over without it becoming boring. The progression was just right. The activities really stretched the use of these materials they've given these little books a new life!Show lessThe Brighthouse
