Great app but useless if and when Office Tavern Grill waitress disregards your request to utilize the app over dinner.
Cannot Transfer Points
I’ve been coming here for 10 years. I have had a membership card for most of that time. I never had a problem until the system was switched, and now years worth of points have been deleted. My account says we have 0 points, but even the managers know that we have more than that. The points don’t transfer. It’s hard to give loyalty points if the points can be deleted so easily.
