Once booked you will be able to see your driver approach your direction and an estimated time of arrival (ETA). No more guessing when the taxi will arrive. You’re also able to cancel the booking from the app and see a live bird’s eye view of drivers available in the local area. The A&B app gives you the option to save addresses and payment details. Several payment options are available, including the option to use cash which is unavailable by mainstream taxi apps. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Our Credit card payment method is secure and comes with 3D secure verification. If you’re happy with the service your driver provided, you are able to provide feedback, but this is not compulsory.
