the AA app is awesome!!! i dont remember if i had to pay for it, but if i did, it was worth it!!!
& the forum itself is amazing for information on ANYTHING aquaria .. just dont get mad if someone is rude or pushy .. some people in the hobby are shut ins or just plain jerky lolRonnie Roach

Great tool
After some initial time figuring out the interface everything on this app becomes second nature. It's a lot easier to open this on my iPod to get to the AA forums than to pull out the PC and use that.Iodizedfate

From novice to expert. This is the place for the info. If someone does not have it they will find it for you. If you don't know, ask. If you do know, share you knowledge and experience. For freshies to salties I have had all my questions answered and have been able to answer a few myself.Ksl72

Please don't think we are being mean and rude and vicious when we are asking you. We are just as concerned about your fish as you are. Some of us have some stronger opinions and thoughts and personalities than others so that is why.
Do not believe everything that maxcock wrote. I replied to that thread and it got out of hand. The members were trying to be as polite as possible. It was eventually closed because of disagreement. That is just one thread, compared to all the others where several members have been helpful and respectful and tolerant, and have helped tremendously.

Learned TONS of good stuff from some really nice folks. As one of the other reviewers said, there are a couple of "fish snobs", but you're gonna find that anywhere. As a whole, the group is incredibly supportive and understanding of us noobs that have a bazillion questions!Vol4Ever
