I have yet to find the video section of the app but it would be nice to have access to that content aswellCannot use my digital content
I have had a subscription for years. All of a sudden my subscription is not recognized on my iPad. I have sent numerous emails asking for help.
I always get the computer generated response, we have received your email and will get back to you as soon as possible.
I have not gotten a response in four months. Additionally, when you call golf digest to discuss, the technical department cannot be reached by phone. You talk to the customer service representative and they tell you they cannot help you. Please send an email to technical support.
Has to be the worst customer service in the world. Basically the technical support department operates with impunity.Show lessCan’t break 150
If this app were a golf score, it’d shoot 160, minimum. Forgets you have downloaded the latest issue, will not allow you to see any of YOUR PAID DOWNLOADED ISSUES while off line, and won’t allow you to follow links while online. It’s a special kind of terrible app. A 5 putt, not 5 stars.
