Score Entry needs refactor
The score entry process seems that have only considered one workflow, specifically that all matches were completed on the same date and that as a team captain I have all of the scores available. This isn’t how I want to use the app.
As a team captain, I want to be able to enter partial information and update it over time. For example, I’d like to be able the players at the beginning and then update scores as they are reported. I should be able to move freely between matches and not have to wait until 1 singles is done before I can enter any scores.
There is a defect if I try to use it in this way. If the connection times out (apparently), I can get to a point where I have all the data ready to commit, and then hit “Finish” and it returns a Server error. That shouldn’t happen.

Why can’t I remove really old teams?
This app is unbelievably basic and does not offer any logical or useful functionality other than displaying the schedule – if that’s even correct. Why can I not remove really old teams from years ago?
Great app for using TennisLink functions
This app is 100 times better than the new ISTA app in terms of accessing the tennis link capabilities. It’s so easy to find your teams, reviewing matches played, upcoming schedules, etc. The new app is slow and very awakened to navigate through basic functions like finding a team roster. I hope they don’t get rid of this app thinking the other one can replace it. There’s no comparison for ease of use.

Non functional
Nothing on this app works. Zero tournaments are found in search, with out without filters set. Was looking for a junior tournament I saw online. I tried to find it in app. No luck. Not results. I could NOT find ANY tournament in month of February in SoCal, “no results found.” There are at least a dozen Jr tournaments next month.

USTA MUST upgrade this app
It’s incredible how USTA, who makes so much money can’t hire someone to make basic quality of life improvements to the app so that it’s fully functional and looks professional.
How is it that we can’t sign up for tournaments or view them? See our sectional results??

Piece of crap
This app is a piece of crap. USTA is making billions of dollars, can’t they build an app that is really useful to millions of upcoming USTA players?. The app just doesn’t work. You get random errors, looks like a shady job by the few developers with no product oversight, or USTA doesn’t just care. It is a disgrace to this institution of tennis.

Outdated and Limited
Same junky app with a new icon and new bugs. They changed the large icon for the app that you see when you look at it full size, but if the app is in a folder on your home screen, the small thumbnail icon for it is still the old USTA blue graphic. Your developers are absolutely THE WORSE! 😂
Nothing has been improved with the most recent update and the app still hasn’t been scaled for newer phones. Why has this lame app NOT been updated to support newer phones with bigger screens?! Nobody uses an iPhone 4 developers!!! It’s been YEARS! Come on guys!!! Also, it has several bugs that you haven’t fixed. They were all listed in my previous review, but I see you made sure to delete it because it truthfully depicted just how bad and outdated this app is. The app needs to be rewritten to allow for the same level of info as is available on your full website... no, not your mobile one because that’s horribly limited too, but your full website. Bottom line, you just need a new app developer because your current one isn't doing the job right.

Maps and location please!
Please allow link to Apple Maps instead of or in addition to google maps. 90%+ of my teams have iPhones.
Please list the location name in the match instead of just the address and allow me to copy and paste it.

Needs an update
When you look at teams you are on, it should list the most current teams first . Location of matches is confusing List the location easier to read in the schedule
Almost Useless
The app needs major updates. It is not user friendly, and it regularly crashes.
