כל ענין טעינת הקופונים מיושן מאד, למה לא נזקף באופן אוטומטי וצריך כל קופון להפעיל בנפרד ?

You can shop online which, even if it’s slow and frustrating and full of problems is better than going to the store.
App doesn’t work every now and again. Often times out at payment and order is incomplete. Should just load relevant coupons instead of forcing me to activate. When loading from a list, notes on individual items are not also loaded—only when copying out from previous order. Too hard to find basics—everything is geared toward upsells and extra services. App is often unbearably slow. Filters are poorly designed.
But still, so much better and faster than going to the store.
Customer service complaints are easy and well done.

I have had to delete and re-download this app many many times and it’s really frustrating. I spoke to customer support about it and they said the issue is fixed but it’s clearly not. It’s very frustrating.
