Crash

Worthless because app always crashes seconds after starting. iPhone 5.

All Hat, No Cattle

Crashes one second after opening.

Pop! Bang! Splat! Whoosh!

Buggy. Crashes on iOS 6. Time for an update perhaps.

No Rudy's?! Not a very thorough listing

I am a big fan of Texas Monthly and their BBQ destination articles. But the thoroughness if this app is highly questionable when, upon the my first local search for BBQ recommendations, it did not list a Rudy's BBQ that is less than 2 miles from my home. In fact, searching "Rudy's" gets "No Results." Seriously??

IMPORTANT NOTE

We are updating our registration and comment systems, so those functions in the BBQ Finder app are on temporary hiatus. BUT, you can still use the app to find great BBQ! Thanks for your patience.

Decent start

Not bad for initial version...Has a lot of potential.

I like FCG but reviews shouldn't be limited to one opinion. BBQ requires more than one try and, as with many things, is highly subjective.

Priceless!

There should be a Nobel for apps such as this one!

Great start

Very nice listing of the "great" Texas BBQ places from the magazine. Now let me sort by distance. I choose where to go based on where I am. (A great 5.0 place that's 200 miles away isn't much interest to me when I'm looking for lunch.)

Great app concept bad execution

App must have been built by a vegan without an iPhone. Needs a mapping feature, photo posting feature, BBQ tour planner/mapper, and a better user entry tool. It could at least have a popup asking if you're ready to post comments. No edit feature, no update feature. Kill the silly leaderboard.

Map crashes

IOS 4.3.3 on a iPhone 3GS - clicking on map causes app to close. Looking forward to visiting the sites in this app tp verify thier ratings.
