App Lacks Good GUI
The graphical user interface of this app is terrible! The back button takes you all the way back to the landing page. Just not a good customer experience! Brighton knows how to design and make great products, but they need to step up their app game.TexasMom1

Don’t waste your time on this app! Use the internet to shop or look at your account because this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It takes multiple steps see the products or your wish list and the “back” button always takes you to the main screen instead of your previous screen, which means you have to go through all the steps once again to get back to the place you were at. Push notifications annoying
I receive multiple messages that are the same within seconds of each other. Last week received 9 within 5 minutes with the same message. Bring some value if you're going to send push messages.
