  • Weak app

This app has an extremely limited amount of content and overall is not well-conceived or fleshed out. For each of seven categories (health, motivation, success, joy, relaxation, confidence, and courage), there are two basic functions both of which are extremely flawed. The first function is "training" which consists of a one-sentence definition of the value, such as confidence, and instructs you to think about a situation in which you need confidence while staring at a squiggly symbol which supposedly represents it, and breathing. The symbol pulses on the screen several times and the exercise is over within about 20 seconds. This is the equivalent of attending a course of confidence, for example, and the teacher saying "think about confidence...ok class dismissed!". Where is the value? The second function is flawed and unnerving - it is the "testing" function where you put your no-learning to the test and receive a percentage score and generic feedback. Problem is each "test" consists of only three, poorly worded multiple-choice questions with three ambiguous choices for answers apiece. What's unnerving is that the maximum score is 80% with some lame blurb about "your confidence is great, but there's always room for improvement.". Experimenting with different answer choices you see it counts more than one choice - out of three - as "correct."

I would recommend you keep looking for a better inspirational app.

  • Good concept...

A tutorial at the get go would be swell, and the spelling errors are a bit distracting, otherwise it's a good idea,
  • Motivator ...

    I like it
  • Great app :)

I've only tried it for a Fay now and I rather like it! It's customizable and works like a meditation (gets you to focus on one thing/thought)... You can take notes of positive things that come to mind and set reminders of when to do them! I would like it if the tests were more than 3 questions long though :P other than that it's great! Quick, easy and to the point! ;D
