So I set up my account for a delivery order by Noon today. The restaurant I’m ordering from only uses this app to for deliveries. I go through the whole thing, put in my credit card and then it says to call them to confirm my account since it’s the first time I order. Guess what? There is no menu option for confirming the first time accounts, so I use option “0” and I proceed to be put on hold... then I hear a message that tells me that their hours start at 11AM?!?!?!?!?! What?! How is the restaurant going to get my order and deliver it by noon if you can’t confirm my account until at least 11am because you can’t be bothered to be open for normal business hours? And we were considering placing the order for earlier, but that would probably be impossible. SMH
What year was this App and company created?!?!?!?!?! It feels so out-of-date! This will probably be the first and LAST time I will use this App and company. I don’t even want to explore what other options of restaurants you have partnered with. Sad...
