Addicting but flawed
The passing mechanics are mostly satisfying but playing for a long time exposes some bothersome problems. Stop making the receivers disappear after a certain amount of time. It's incredibly frustrating to have a ball in the air, en route to a receiver, only to have the receiver disappear before the ball gets there. Also, when I complete a pass to a receiver, either get him out of the way or allow the ball to pass through him. Too many times my own receivers are playing defense against me. Finally, stop having receivers run dumb routes, ie a go route where he randomly stops at the 10 or a crossing route where he randomly stops 3/4 of the way across the field.Show lessphiladendron

Trust me, I have both, and this game is far more like real qb play. Far more fun for true football aficionados--you want unrealistic garbage play the other nfl licensed flick game ;-)Centurion72
Unexpected addiction
When I first launched the free version and saw my receivers, I was disappointed and thought it would be a quick delete; but I quickly changed my opinion after a few tosses and got the paid version. My only complaints would be the "cardboard cutout" receivers and the fact that I just can't seem to master the Hail Mary pass. Overall, a great value. Wouldn't mind paying a bit more for a follow-up game with more depth.Show lessMsQBEsq.

It's a very enjoyable game. Well worth paying .99c. I wish they'd make the receivers more lifelike. I would like them to turn around and be able to run than roll on wheels and roll backwards to go the other way. Overall, a lot of fun. Just need to work on my release on my passing game. UPDATE: What could make this game more addicting? The Game Center Leaderboard! It wasn't enough to battle my own scores, but now I can try to out score other addicted Pocket Passer QBs!

Seriously, this is the only game I play on my phone! A must for any football fan/wanna be quarterback! I just completed all 15 levels in career mode and appreciated the increase difficulty.
I can't wait til there's a version where you can march down the field in a two minute drill! But in the mean time, I'll keep polishing my skills with the best QB passing game on the iPhone!Show lesstropa23

Great app. Fun for all, especially for football fanatics. Great fluidity in game. Love the simplicity, yet challenging approach. One of best QB football finger flick games I've ever played. Great game!
I love the game! I sit in airports for hours waiting on my plane. This game keeps me entertained. This game gives me a challenge and I like challenges. I like trying to beat my own high score every time a play. The more you play the better you get. I like football and I LOVE passing the football. So this game is perfect. I like the fact it loads quickly and when the game is over I can quickly start a new game. I like level frenzy because the game is short and I can play several games standing in line. I would like to see a level just for hail marys. But it's just a wish. Maybe a faster bullet pass. In love the legend level so passing faster in between the gaps is an awesome experience. just another wish. Nice game. For me very additive. Nice job.Show lessCharles96
Great flick sports title
I've enjoyed a handful of the flick sports titles in the app store, but this one is tops as far as tossing the pigskin. The challenges are fun and you feel like you have great control over the ball. Completing a long bomb is also extremely satisfying. Highly recommended!DoubleTime
Pretty lame
When comparing this to the other flick sport games, this game comes up well short of the 1st Down line (See what I did there?)
Very inaccurate and a pretty shallow game mode.
