I spent an entire afternoon setting up an account and saving samples to ‘My Collection’….TWICE as I thought I had made a mistake the first time. They have both vanished- total waste of half a day and stressful.

Too much ! Just simplify things ... catalog items ( ie worktops / laminates / melamine instead of a customers choosing a finish just for you to then say sorry they don’t do that in 18mm chipboard. Feel you need to work in I.t to work the damm thing ! Come on guys/girls keep it user friendly for the boys & girls at base ..

Hello Croctony! We are open for improvement and we did have a focus on simplicity. Due to that we implemented the filterbar where you can choose two different levels of complexity when it comes to products. In the basic version you can filter for categories. ie if you choose worktops you will see all decors available as a worktop. If you like to go deeper you can activate the "advanced filter" and can then choose a certion worktop, format or thickness. In the same way you can filter on every decordetailpage. We highly appreciate if you explain in detail, what we can optimize. Best regards EGGER App Team
