Lost data, lost money
The lite version only holds 5 passwords so it is pretty useless. So I paid $10 for the full version and input all my password and credit card data. It worked fine for a couple of months and then my data was gone, along with the $10 I paid apparently. I tried contacting support 3 times, no result. Update lost all data
After the latest update all my data was GONE. Tried ti get backup it wouldn't work. Could not even create a new card. Deleted and reinstalled, now just crashes immediately. NO RESPONSES to my emails. Really need my data back!!donovak

App was updated and all my data was lost. I reloaded app and it would not even open on my phone. Very disappointed after paying for this app!Dogmummy

Thanks for help me to recover my lost passwords. Actually, there is a bug in this update. I forgot my master key to log into OnePass. I was so worried about all my data in OnePass. Luckily, this update helped me to destroy the lost key. Now I can access and set a new key or password. Thanks, and again, this is a bug.Show lessNeferas

Confusing!
I don't think this is intuitive at all. About ready to give up, but sort of figured out...sort of. Also, cannot open the emailed backup copy with its .opd extension. Anybody??4iowacats
Great App!!
One of the best information management apps available. Well-polished and easy to use. Allows customization to suit almost any needs.
Recommend:
1. Nice app icon, but would change the blue starburst background to a single color. And do not put a border on icon.
2. Auto-capitalized on entries, and had problems correcting/overriding.
3. Would love to have PC desktop app to accompany, so I can have/edit info only desktop. Requirement for me to use.

Needs the ability to change the display from full thumbnails to text within sub menus. Also needs the option to have a numerical password. Needs a separate "+" button rather then having to select edit first.
Aside from that, exactly what I wanted and not buggy at all.Facebookuser19893112
