- App will now remember the last timer settings used, allowing for quick starts of repeated sessions
- Running and walking timers can now be set in any 5 second increment (used to be 15 seconds)
- Minutes and seconds are now set individually
- Timers can now be set anywhere from 5 seconds up to 30 minutes and 55 seconds
- When setting timers, the time set is displayed at the top of walk and run picker wheels for confirmation
- An optional, "Session In Progress Beep" can used that will beep every 2 seconds to indicate the timers are running
