My account has been charged months after I cancelled my subscription. No return on emails I sent, hours wasted on phone calls

My account continued to get charged 7 months after I cancelled. No record of me calling to cancel. Nothing but trouble when trying to get to the bottom of things. “Romeo” was able to refund 4/7 months, but when asked why I could not receive the full 7 months he became very aggressive and threatened to then take away the refund for the 4 months. When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was first told “we don’t have one” so I asked again and was told to call back an hour and a half later. Asked who I should be asking for and the response was “a supervisor” and could not provide a name for who I should be expecting to speak to. Also provided a P.O. Box for their legal department, but shocking: couldn’t provide a name to contact for that department.

SCAM
This whole thing is a scam. They charged my card 3 times for the "price of the app for 30 days"
To "receive another $25 rebate" all of it is a scam. They will keep telling you a different price when you call. They loose paperwork. They don't have good customer service. Over all experience was terrible. Every person you talk to tells you more and more lies. They scam you to get card information from you to use. COMPLETELY A SCAM!!!

Cluncky but does have the deals
The app interface is a bit cumbersome and the GPS auto-location finder has never worked, but I'm still able to eventually find and tag the deals I might use. Needs a lot of TLC.

I was charged three times the amount with Great Fun that I would have spent buying tickets from the actual vendor.
It's been a 3 month process for my two $25 rebates and they sent me a letter saying that it cannot be processed. Yes, I filled out the rebate form and attached the receipt that was sent to me after purchase.
NOT TO MENTION I spoke with a representative back in March to cancel my service (before the 30 day trial expired that I was actually charged $2 instead of $1 for) but guess what. Just like everyone else, as of May 9th they're still STEALING MY MONEY from my credit card!
Rip off.

Forget it.
The one coupon I tried to use did not work as stated. Still have not received my rebate. Customer service is in Bangladesh. I'm gonna quit before I get stuck for another month.
This company is a bad joke
Want to have fun with a horrible service? Just call and remind them what a seriously big joke they are. Great Fun has done nothing but made me laugh at them. The employees must hate their life and I hope they sleep well at night knowing how useless they are. Call me at 7025571428 at we can 3-way a call over to them and laugh together. I'm setting a reminder on my phone to call in every day just for Shizz and giggles! Best $1 I ever spent for the trial period. I received no rebate but the time I spent with them is priceless!

Terrible waste of time & money!!!
Don't do it! This is useless! I never got the rebate I sent in for that was the enticement to get this crappy app. It's hard to cancel- you have to call and it's practically impossible to get them to just do it.
Cannot login. Sign-in broken
Just signed up. Login works ok web but not in app. Given non-updated graphics it appears this app has not seen any updates for compatibility with recent iOS versions. Skip it and use website if needed.
Waste of money
This is a company that is cleverly connected by a third party to 'save money' including getting a rebate, yet they make the process to get the rebate hard and long so that you pose interest, one oh lose interest you forget that they charge your card monthly and this is how they make money. Not useful. Horrible customer service. And going on a limp here, thieves.
