Commercial Pilot, favorite overview app
This is a wonderful app! As a pilot and flight instructor I use this app for long term prediction. The graphical interface has almost limitless settings for including or removing visible data. I have been disappointed by every weather app I've downloaded, until this. Lives on my home page. (Did the negative reviewers even understand the most basic aspects of weather prediction?) If you want simple idiot mode weather, most other apps will be fine. If you want beautifully depicted graphical prediction models, this is it.

Don’t Ugrade!
The first Weather 4D lite was wonderful, but the upgrade to Weather 4D lite is very unstable, crashing constantly. Don’t hand over $49.00 to an entity whose upgrades are disfunctional downgrades.
Updated version sucks!
This app used to be great, easy to use. Now, it’s useless!

Weather4D
This is certainly the best GRIB file viewer that I have used (and I have tried most of them!) It is very feature-rich and well worth spending time getting to know. In addition to displaying the standard (free) GRIB Files there is an option to purchase a higher resolution WRF model. Well worth the extra if you intend to use it for any serious sailing. Support questions are answered promptly and clearly.

An excellent app. Invaluable for recent passages across Biscay, Brest-Baiona, and onward via Lisbon, Gibraltar and Calpe, to Ibiza.
It may take some time to learn the nuances of the user interface, but it then allows you to setup areas of interest, download GRIB data, and visualise projections for wind, weather, waves and currents in various combinations.

Great source of obtaining gribs & understanding weather systems
We have been using this app for sometime helping plan passages on our sailboat. In addition I have been using it as part of my daily weather forecast given to the vessels in western Panama.

Magnificent!
This just became my favorite weather app. I already have multiple radar and GIB file apps. This puts it all together. It is not only the most powerful and comprehensive, it is by far the most visually rich. Takes a few minutes of getting used too, but well worth it. Thanks to the development team!

New version fails to open on ipad.
Great
Awesome app. Just wish you could layer the 500 mb heights on as well. Also other models such as NAM would be nice, but great app nonetheless.
