QwikCards 2.0 is completely new, incorporating many features that users have requested, and more still to come. iCloud Sync: • Keep your notes up-to-date across all your devices, automatically. • Manage your iCloud storage using the dedicated iCloud Console. • Open the built-in Event Log to see what’s happening when you sync. Presentation & Organization: • Open and edit cards in multiple windows. • Select and search all cardboxes. • Collapse, expand, and rearrange dividers with their associated cards. • Include notes with each divider. • Duplicate cards and dividers. • Edit cards with a one-touch format palette. • Set due dates of selected cards. • Dynamic Type everywhere. • Stage Manager ready. Sharing: • Share cardboxes with other iCloud users, and see when they make changes (macOS 12+, iOS 15+). • Use AirDrop, Mail, Messages, Notes, or Reminders to share cards. • Export cards in Text, RTF, HTML, and Markdown format. • Export cardboxes in portable zip files with built-in mini web viewer. View cards anywhere using just a web browser such as Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, FireFox, or Opera. Data Backup & Recovery: • Edited cards are saved automatically every 10 seconds. • Deleted cardboxes are preserved for 30 days, followed by a 3 day grace period in Data Recovery before permanent destruction. • Access raw files and databases with System Settings > QwikCards Data Recovery mode. • Unlimited backups of cardboxes to iCloud and other devices. Version 1.3.1 fixes bugs in 1.3 where: • Moving cards from the trash could cause a crash. • Clicking on an emoji in the card text to start editing caused a crash. • Bold and italic styles were lost when editing an existing card or synchronizing from another device. Version 1.3 includes the following changes: • Cards can be formatted using bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, and highlight styles. • Cards and dividers can be inserted in the list of cards by swiping left on an item. • Swiping up or down on a card changes to the next or previous card respectively. • The text font size can be changed using a pinch gesture on a card. • The line brightness on a card can be changed in Settings for both Light and Dark mode. • When searching, the search phrase will be highlighted in each card. • Cards can be mailed as formatted text. • Cards can be shared using AirDrop. • Settings can be changed in the app by clicking the Gear icon at the top of the list of card boxes. • Dark mode is supported on iOS 13 and later.
