I paid for PRO version: it’s a PRO CRASH FIASCO!!!

The free version was Ok, but after I upgraded to PRO version, it crashes within a second after starting the app. I only get a glimpse of the opening page and then it crashes.
Don’t waste your money.

Sweet!

Fantastic when you're diagnosing an internal DNS server and don't have a workstation in front of you.

This app does not work, support don't reply,

I downloaded the free app and it seems ok, so I purchased the full version. It hasn't worked since. It opens and then closes straight away. I raised the issue with support and have no reply, hence this damming review.

If things have bugs, the fine but don't ignore your customers, it's is not good business.

Changing server doesn't work

Changed server to my internal DNS proxy. Sent request. Timeout.

Works fine if I want to use the Auto (Google) DNS server.

Why does the app need access to anything other than the DNS server?

Useless for me

Public resolvers only. Cannot query local servers so the answer may well be different from what your app gets.
Changing query type is tedious.

Useful tool

Overall looks quite nice. Missing the ability to save servers to a list so they can be easily selected.

I'm also unable to get it to work with my router's DNS, or the ISP's server, I wonder if it's requiring authentication or something. The default of 8.8.8.8 works fine, though.

Nice and useful.

Easy to understand.

Works!

I'm not a network guy but this seems to do a good job. I like the ability force authoritative answers. I've had no issues with crashes.
