When you pay for premium you should be able to follow unlimited teams. It’s kind of annoying being a Hockey East fan and only following 6 teams.

Thank you. But there is no such thing as an official top 20. The closest thing to anything official is the Pairwise Ratings - which is what you're seeing in the app, and is not limited to 20.
