The customer support you receive with this app is second to none. Very responsive, thorough, and they care about their customers. And, if I am being honest, most issues I have had with the app are from my own user error rather than the app itself. Thanks for continuing to produce an awesome app, Mapview!

Crash over and over
Trying to create an account and keeps crashing on step 3. Can’t get past to try using

Really disappointed in this app now, it used to work perfectly before they updated the design of it, now it just crashes constantly, total waste of time and money.
Worst app ever
I downloaded this app twice, and tried to use it to plot customers information, cold calls and notes related to customers and all it does it crash. After speaking with customer service, they couldn't offer me any suggestions about fixing my problems and told me a new version would be out in a few months.
So glad I didn't waste any more on this peice of garbage! Maybe you should do some testing before you release a app, especially one that is supposed to be used as a tool to organize your business contacts.

Dose not work
The upgrades have made this app a paid for subscription to access all your contacts. I went to the pro version and now find the app does not link as it had in the free version. Will not show appointments and struggles to keep updated with your contacts. I deleted and reinstalled and now will not recognise my subscription. Have deleted.

Password requirement
I started using this App and was happy with it until I needed to login. The password requirement is so complicated I would never remember my password every. Ridiculous length with capital & special symbol. Even the bank doesn't ask for this. Will delete app. Disappointed!
Exactly what I have been looking for.
I would have paid a lot of money for this app, yet it was free! It does exactly what I wanted. I first thought of an app with these capabilities a few years back when I hit the road in sales once more. Finally it exists and does more than I even imagined. Being able to view and book your appointments directly on the map makes it so much easier, especially if you are not that familiar with the area. Appointments created in the app automatically transfer to my calendar. Appointments in my calendar automatically appear in the app and on the map. It takes a little bit of time to ensure all your contacts are Geocoded correctly but it is worth the effort. I am extremely pleased with this app.

Most Useful Contact mapping app
I have over 2000 contacts and and 50 groups for managing customers and this app makes it very easy to map out appointments and customers in an area or a group.
It took about 10 minutes to load the first time I used it then on average about 10 seconds to load any new contacts.
It will even plan trios between appointments. Load a location into appointments and it adds a pin with the time.
Customer support was responsive as well with a couple if early learning curve issues.

Nice app
Has real promise and potential. Could do with better map integration, company name reference and planner improvements but now use this daily. Keep up the good work!
HORRIBLE do not buy.
The app is buggy and crashes alot. It only does things that your ipad already does, but in a way worse way as it is always crashing. Complete waste of money and I would demand my money back if I could. WARNING DO NOT BUY!!!
