This is the 2016 edition of the Nevada County Grown Farm Guide. We've reworked the internals to make it more iOS 8 and 9 friendly. The first-time startup is much, much faster. We've already done the planting, growing and harvesting for you. You have more access to maps for farms and their outlets. We've extended the search capability to markets and sponsors. The farms told us the outlets that use or sell their farm-fresh products and we've identified them for you. We've dressed up the Farm screen with more farm information and made the details more accessible. We've reorganized the Home screen to give you quicker access to the most often used farm outlets. And, to make it all a little sweeter, we've ordered the Farmers Markets by the day-of-week so that you can find out which Farmers Markets are open on the most convenient day for you.

There is a new look for iOS 7 and we've added more graphics and color to please your eye. A big addition this year is the Event listing. Find out what's happening in local-food events with a tap of your finger. Whether it be a farmers market, fair, farm tour, or local food tasting, each event is described and its location is shown on your iPhone map.
