Catastrophic
This may be one of the worst apps constructed. I spent over 3 hours trying to pay in full for my golf trip we booked for September. My credit card company says it’s on the golf app’s end because nothings holding my card back from being charged the amount. I then call my assistant in the app to sort out the payment issues and he punched everything in the same way I have been in his system and it keeps saying error unable to take payment blah blah. The system just isn’t accepting payment. I then get one of my friends to make the payment which is fine we’ll square all of that out not a problem. Now it’s not even letting me log in to the app, I’ve deleted it and reinstalled I know my email and password used and ERROR just keeps coming up. I went the forgot password route as well and yet again ERROR pops up. How do you expect to maintain good customer experience when simplicity is soo far away from what this app is. Do better, I hope the trip goes better than the headaches this app has caused.

Fix ‘My Packages’ Lookup
Why do I have to type in my itinerary every time I use this app? The app remembers my profile. Why can’t it remember my itineraries under the ‘My Packages’ button?
Glitches
This app is great when I guess works, it seems to have many glitches. It is asking me to review my last package but it won’t open on my iphone. It seemed to work on friends Android, but as of now it will not open for me
Junk
APP is junk. If you run a VPN at least on my system, the app does not work.
Going to remove from my system. I hope when I book in the future I don’t have to use this APP.
The developer needs to do a lot to bring up to a basic standard. Very concerned about using person data in the APP. The APP is so bad I am concerned that personal data can easily be breeched.

Doesn’t work
An error message comes up when you check availability.
Complete piece of junk! Zero star
Tried to book through the app. Didn’t work. Called the company to book then had to pay through the app. Didn’t recognize the package. Many tries later finally went through. After I come back company asked me to rate the course. You guessed it through the app again. Can’t get through the first page. This is so useless!

Keep getting errors
Just downloaded to plan for a trip to Myrtle Beach. Searched for tee time came back with an error. Tried to request a golf package come back with an error. Completely useless!

Best APP for Myrtle Beach Golf Packages
This APP allows me to see my itinerary, make payment’s for my trip, what h the groups payments come in, has a range finder for the courses we play, contact my golfmaster. It’s awesome
User friendly and awesome
I downloaded this app for my annual golf trip and was amazed at everything it had to offer!! From tee times to the spots where the locals hang out! Very user friendly and I highly recommend for anybody going to Myrtle Beach!!
