A Step in the Right Direction
1. The FAQ for the “new digital experience” ie the App, ends with “Here is a sampling of our updates:” but does not actually list or show any updates. It seems whatever content is supposed to be there does not load on mobile, which is frankly an embarrassing look on the article about the new mobile app
2. The Home Screen widget consistently shows “Service Unavailable”
3. There is no “Contact Us” or “Report an Issue” button. As far as I can tell, the only chance I have of reaching the developers is via this review
4. I can’t swipe from the left edge to go back despite the presence of a back arrow in the top corner. This goes against the standard behaviour in iOS
I hope these issues are resolved as this update was much needed and the direction of the app is promising
