Horrible App/Bad Customer Service
I found this app to be frustrating & things would not work correctly for me. One example is the profile horse photo...no matter how many times I saved it, the photo would return to a basic horse icon. It did this on my iPhone & iPad both. I re-chose & saved the photo numerous times. Also, their customer service is all through Facebook. That is very unprofessional. Not all people in the world have Facebook. Is simple email too old fashioned? All I wanted was a refund. Simple. Or, even if the refund takes a while, I'd love a response telling me that one is on the way. If I do not get a refund I will dispute the charges & do everything I can to get my $9.99 back. I'll be using EquiSketch from now on...Show lessEishieBo
I would like it if it worked
I loved the set up of this app until I started trying to enter information...it won't let me. It comes up with an error saying fields that I already filled in are required. Very frustrating especially when I shelled out $10 for an app that doesn't work.pograinger
Not happy
It doesn't let you add any expenses, journals, calendar information ect. Literally the only thing you ca do is add horses -_- please fix!!! Right now it's not worth $10Elle_tino101

Needs to be more customizable. It's trying to be a one size fits all app for both the hobbyist and the professional. Would be much more useful if you could pick the elements you need.Fern281

Great when you use the online tool!
I have rendaivu online as well. I really like how anything I add to my horses thru the app transfers online, and vice versa. It great when I'm in the barn and need to add something quickly and then want to update more details later online. (There are 5x as many options online too)
What I think needs improvement:
• Kind of laggy/slow. Sometimes it takes awhile for data to show up--almost looks like it was all deleted. Kind of annoying.
• When adding information, I like that the entry box for details/info expands as I write BUT later when I go to view the info on the app it doesn't show the whole message unless I try to edit to scroll down. Very annoying!!
• Last addition I would appreciate is being able to edit horses "I own" as well as horses I "manage" with permission from others. What's the point in having the app on the go if I can't "manage" those horses as well?
This app is great for:
• Added past/future vets, farriers, workings, etc.
• There is an expenses section as well which is if you are a manager.
• I think you would really benefit from this app if you have the online tool.Show lessMaddieyyy
Nice app, non-responsive support
Overall I like the app. The syncing is great. Unfortunately I can't seem to view the details of upcoming events - just the title. I've contacted support on three different occasions and I've NEVER received any response. Nice. Why have a support button??Arab_horse_lady
Needs work
I really wish this was a bit more user friendly! If I could add contacts from my iPhone phone contacts rather than cross referencing back and forth and copy/paste I would actually use the app.Linz5858
Great app for horse owners
I have so far found this to be a great app to keep all my records handy when out in the stables.
Seems to have most things I need.
Still in the initial stages of trying it so hope it all works as said.Derw62
You have to be connected to the internet
I was so excited about this app. It has gotten so many reviews, and the online stuff is fantastic. I was looking forward to doing this on my iPod, keeping my records with me at all times. However, you need to be connected to the internet to use this app at all. Which is fine if I'm at home, but NOT good for me at the barn. Which is where it is really needed.
So although it says it is compatible with iPod touch, I would say it isn't, unless your barn happens to have wireless internet.
I wish I had known this. It was a pricey app, considering I cannot use it.Show lessKittyCooper
