  • Most useful app for property management

    If you’re a property manager and hate that pics of problems on your property and disgusting units clogging up your photo albums - this is for you! Super easy to share - no more copy/pasting pics into word or PowerPoint document. I love this app. Well worth the purchase.

  • Improvements.

    Improvements. I’ve already paid $15 for the app, I don’t want the advertisement to pop up every time I back out of the subject. Also, adding check boxes to the punch list would make it more user-friendly and more widely excepted and would probably get you more subscribers.

With regards to the advertisement you mentioned, the only screen we believe would be considered something like this is the one that gives information on the Site Audit Pro Cloud service. However, this is isn't part of the regular workflow and would only be displayed when accessing the Cloud tab whilst not signed in, which we would consider as being anticipated behaviour. I've passed your suggestion of including check boxes to the rest of the team for future consideration. - James
  • Good but could be better.

    When adding issues through the app it would be a HUGE time saver to be able to mark up the issues once the picture is taken rather than saving the picture then clicking 3 more times just to mark it up. That one improvement for efficiency would make this app 10x better.

    ALSO adding the ability to airdrop the report between other users with SAP would be a huge improvement so they can add notes or delete issues as they are corrected.

  • Great app overall, 1 improvement needed

    If you were able to continuously take picture without having to keep clicking add issue that would be great. I know you can do a multi add if you have already taken the picture but I would like that ability within the app.

  • Great U.I.

    Just started using this today and love the K.I.S.S interface. This app does what many fail to do by using a simple interface that provides impactful results. I would suggest including an option to use subfolders and allow the search function to tag assignees, hopefully it’s in the paid version. Don’t overly complicate this with too many future upgrades - it’s pretty great the way it is!

  • Lagging or information not showing up until I close the report and report it

    I create multiple reports today and one of my main concerns with this app is the fact that when I type in information to the header of each location and then swipe back and go into the next location, it doesn’t show me what I’ve typed in the preview while editing the report.

Regarding the duplicates, I believe this is something we hope will be addressed, for most instances, in the next update (I will alert you when this is available, but I think it should be sometime soon). With regards to the photos not being able to load - my initial thoughts are that this may be a Privacy setting issue. You can check this via your device Settings > Privacy > Photos, and then making sure that Site Audit Pro is able to access "All Photos". If you continue to experience issues, please let me know via support@veamstudios.com and we can investigate further. - James
  • Glitches and closing reports losing all progress.

    I have an account on the cloud as well as use the regular free version of this app and every time I go to send the report via email. The app glitches and all of my progress is lost.

    This is the first time that I’ve had problems with this app and I’ve contacted the developers and it seems like nothing has been updated or corrected. I love this app, but I’m getting fed up with the amount of bugs that caused all of my work to be lost

  • Don't do it

    Please don't do it. Do not download this app unless you are 100% sure you want it and are ready to pay for the pro version. After 4-5 days of downloading the app, they applied the $13 subscription fee. There is no alert or communication that you are signing up, and believe it or not, my request was denied despite deleting the app and asking Apple to remove the charge.

    I never write a negative review on an app and will not get into the functionality other than saying I removed it quickly. This company tries to generate revenue through deceitful practices is enough for me to take time to warn others. There would likely be an email or alert that you will be charged for the subscription, which most legit providers will do in addition to allowing you to use the app for 30 days. If you think about it, the practice says a lot about how they view the solution. If you think about the practice, it says a lot about how they view their solution.

    Then again, this is why Amex generates the merchant chargeback fees.

  • Cloud saving and loading

    I have an account in the cloud and every time I save a report I go back to review it and the wording and multiple hours of info while on the site are missing. Only the photos show with the highlights or markings still there..?
