Needs updating
It could be better if it let you add multiple pictures to each item, as well as allowing you to break up your report with section or titles headings to allow your report to have better structure.
Also the themes haven’t really changed in forever, it’s been the same themes as long as I can remember.
So please take note of these things and update as I’m considering changing to another reporting app.

Hi Alan, thank you for your review. The ability to use multiple pictures in each item is possible, but it was something which we were only able to add through the Site Audit Pro Cloud service. We did investigate adding this feature to the base Site Audit Pro app but found that we were unable to do so due to the risk doing so would pose to the existing data format. Site Audit Pro Cloud uses a new data format for Cloud Projects, which allowed us to add additional features that these projects could make use of, including the use of any number of pictures to each item within a Cloud Project. I'll pass your feedback regarding breaking up reports into sections and allowing for additional control over the overall report structure to the rest of the team, along with your interest in new themes. Really useful and easy to use software
My only comments are that it would be useful for the software to allow you to upload a few photos of each issue - so you could add a photo to help locate the issue and then a detail photo of the issue itself. And secondly that the csv had photos somehow linked in and visible instead of being a file link path

Hi there, thank you very much for your review! With regards to the ability of using multiple photos per issue, this is something that was only possible to add to the app through the Site Audit Pro Cloud service. We couldn't bring it to the base app as doing so placed existing project data at risk. However, as this service makes use of a new project format ("Cloud Projects"), we were able to add additional items to these projects, including the ability to use multiple photos in each issue! With regards to including photos within the CSV files, sadly this isn't possible as the CSV format itself can't make direct use of photos and save images within it - it can only point to a photo file via the file path. I'll pass this on as feedback for an alternative export option that may work better here. It's great to read that you've found the app to make your reports easier complete! Hi there, thank you for your review. With regards to the advertisement you mentioned, the only screen we believe would be considered something like this is the one that gives information on the Site Audit Pro Cloud service. However, this is isn't part of the regular workflow and would only be displayed when accessing the Cloud tab whilst not signed in, which we would consider as being anticipated behaviour. I've passed your suggestion of including check boxes to the rest of the team for future consideration. - James
Good but could be better.
ALSO adding the ability to airdrop the report between other users with SAP would be a huge improvement so they can add notes or delete issues as they are corrected.
