Description of Monorail

MONORAIL: a new logic puzzle for touch screens. * 880 Puzzles * Fosters development of visual/spacial reasoning skills * Works great on iPad * Simple to learn, challenging to master * Puzzles range from easy to super-hard * Designed by nerds, fun for all Monorail is challenging and fun like sudoku, and entirely visual/spacial/geometric. There are no numbers or symbols. You solve puzzles by drawing rails to create a working monorail system. The object of each puzzle is to create a single loop (closed path) of rails connecting all stations so the monorail can circle around endlessly. Kindergartners can solve the beginner levels. Mathematicians from MIT have struggled to solve the most difficult ones. Get on the Monorail train today! We hope you enjoy. -- IBA Puzzles (Glenn and Aaron Iba) We welcome your feedback at ibapuzzles@gmail.com.

Reviews of Monorail

Leave a Review Monorail
  • Active Brain

This may seem a silly little game, but it’s brilliant for keeping one’s brain active in later years
  • Fun, clever, original puzzle!

Very enjoyable and relaxing puzzle. I’ve tried many puzzle games, and this one is definitely one of favorites. No internet required to play.
  • I like it

This is actually more polished than the description suggests, and certainly better than that odd first review. The puzzles are not too easy, not too tough. It looks like you get 215 puzzles for free; I've played through the 7x7 medium difficulty - about 2/3 - without a single glitch. The graphics are fairly basic, but not flat or unappealling; I like the animation after a successful solve. No sound yet, but this is a LOGIC PUZZLE, not an arcade game; if this is your thing, there are hours of puzzles here.
