I love this app. I would hate to not have it. I have used it traveling all over the world with jet lag problems. It always gets my stress system back in order with the quick nap. Sometimes that is all the time you have—26 minutes. I fall asleep and don’t even realize it until it wakes me up.I am a high energy person and if I lie down long enough to take a regular nap, I will sleep two hours, and that really messes with a busy schedule. So 26 minutes bringing me peace and calmness. It’s worth it.
