Sharps changed to Flats?

Yesterday I went to tune my guitar and noticed for example that A# is now called Bb and so on. I welcome this change but somehow this appears to have been done without an actual App Store update. Wish I knew in advance because I didnโ€™t notice the change until after I broke a string while tuning lol!
