Extremely convenient and easy to use!!!
Being a regular user of online banking using my phone, I am so pleased with this app! It is very practical and multifaceted. I have made deposits using the camera on my phone, made a stop payment for a lost check, transferred funds, and found answers to my questions. I highly recommend this app!!!

Like the app much better since one can now see the statement balance while selecting amount to pay on the credit card payment portion. For a long time the balance amount wasn't visible when trying to make a credit card payment.
It was fixed some time ago now, but still made the app a lot easier to use.

I have yet to have a problem that my bank couldn’t help me with. I especially like the job the Fraud Department does because in this advanced world of technology, Gulf Winds Fraud Department always steps up. They have returned stolen money to me from scammers whom I would have never suspected. It is even difficult buying Christmas gifts for my friends and family without being scammed. When I, myself, do not realize I have been scammed, they do. And I am so appreciative! From the reps in the building to the reps answering the phone, my hat is off to every one of you. I have worked several years for a Long Distance company. I worked in Customer Service, Fraud Department, Customer Retention, Sales and Technical Support. I pretty much know what to expect. Convenient and Easy to Use
This app has saved me so much time and hassle. I can check my balance, shift money between accounts, and even connect external bank accounts from outside banks to it for an easy way to send money to people without having to go withdrawal it from an ATM ( or get cash back with purchases) to give to them. I’d rate it a higher than a 5 if I could.

What’s Not To Love!
I love the GWCU online banking app! I have an account at another financial institution where I am just a customer. Ho hum. At Gulf Winds, I am a MEMBER! GW’s OB provides instant information! When I make a transfer, I love that my financial decisions can be seen immediately. I don’t have time to keep revisiting my accounts online to be certain my accounts are current! At the other bank, it takes two or three days to see a credit card payment or a transfer! The immediate, accurate depiction of every banking move I make online at Gulf Winds is so comforting and saves me so much time! Thank you GWFCU for easy to read-at-a-glance, accurate, immediate access to my financial data through the app! I love my Gulf Winds Federal Credit Union! 20+ years I have experienced nothing but amazing professionalism! Keep up the great service and the meeting of the needs of your MEMBERS!!!

I have been a member with Gulf Winds since 1996. I have always received the best customer service whether it was in person at the Monsanto Credit Union located at the plant in Cantoment, and other locations or by phone. The customer service representatives on the phone have provided excellent service and go above and beyond when there is an issue, if they aren’t able to help, they will get you to the right person.

Very Easy and Convenient
This app is so easy Newbies can use it with no problem. Great for Snowbirds. Or for someone like me that was very happy with this bank so in 8 years I’ve lived out of Florida I’ve never changed it. ( I might also believe I will get to live there again. Lol) The bank is great to deal with. And the App makes it even easier.
