Super duper cute

This game is sooo cute I just brought it today and I've been playing for five minutes and I think it's great

Cute!!!

Very cute, and the music is just awesome. Wish I could purchase the song for my iPod, since I can't carry this iPad around in my pocket! LOL

I repeat what Kode80 said in his/her review on June 1, 2012. That was a very well written and accurate description of this very fine game!!!

I DIDN'T WANT TO LIKE THIS GAME BUT I LOVE IT!

This game is so much fun and so hard to put down. I saw so much about this game but it didn't look like my kind of game but boy was I very wrong. This is an incredible game and I'm really looking forward to so many great updates because I'm so addicted! Awesome job with this phenomenal game.

Great for young and old alike

Both I and my 4 year old daughter are having a blast with with this game. We can take turns and the gameplay is simple enough for her to grasp and engaging and addictive enough for the both of us. Wonderful for freeware.

Fun!

Everyone I've showed thinks Duckers is really fun. My wife really loves it - I think the high cute factor drew her in. My kids really love the way it looks. I think the gameplay is really fun. Even if you don't like "cute" games, it's really challenging & engaging. This is a no brainerโ€ฆit's free - download it!

Fun and cute

This is very enjoyable and easy to play game that is more difficult then it appears. With simple swipe controls and slow moving obstacles it looks like a piece of cake, but the treasures often tempt me into mistakes. Graphics and presentation are all very polished.

While the game uses an IAP driven coin system, early upgrades are fairly easy to obtain without purchases. I choose to buy the 2X coin doubler to support the developer and to make the more expensive upgrades more accessible.

The game is great but the biggest flaw is the lack of variety. Even though there are multiple maps available that can purchased with in-game coins, these are simply graphics skins and present no new gameplay styles. Hopefully the developers will make improvements here in future updates.

Fantastic

Beyond the cute presentation and seemingly simple gameplay lies a surprisingly deep and addictive game. The main gameplay is almost pool-like with you aiming Duckers strategically to just nudge the treasure while avoiding the various obstacles that litter the underground. The relaxed pace is brilliantly broken up with short motion controlled sections were Duckers falls through the ground grabbing coins and gems as they whiz by. On top of all this there is an insane amount of content in this game, a multitude of hidden treasures randomly appear throughout your exploration and coins can be used to unlock new characters, levels an powerup upgrades. I expected to play for a few minutes then realized 2hrs had passed and I literally had to force myself to stop; this game is the definition of "one more go". I tip my hat to RetroDreamer - these guys deserve a ton of success for this one.

รœber cute and free to boot

This has become my go-to game when I have a few minutes to kill, because it makes me smile just to look at it.

The relaxed pace makes a nice change, too. Another hit from Retro Dreamer.

Fun, but temporarily freezes during play

Each time I've played, as the duck is digging he will occasionally freeze up for a few seconds and nearly every time he goes into free fall tilt mode, he will freeze up for a few seconds. This bug has caused me to repeatedly run into the spiky boxes causing immediate game over. It happens so frequently when the duck is falling that I've learned to continue tilting the duck to ensure that when he thaws out, he won't careen towards the spiky boxes. Even then, the freezing issue makes me not want to bother with playing. Besides the freezing issue, the game is fun. I'd only suggest a quicker increase in difficulty and more coins per level, as the game kind of drags on for the first 5 or 6 levels before getting hard enough to be challenging. I'd also like it if when you get the power up that blasts the duck through the dirt, we were able to tilt him to try to grab more treasure and coins.

Endlessly cute!

There are a lot of endless games out there, but what makes this one stand out for me is that it's played at a nice relaxed tempo. Combine that with cute characters, and some funky music, and you've got the elements of a fantastic game. I'm beginning to think that Retro Dreamer can do no wrongโ€ฆ :)
