This app has worked well most of the time I use it. We have a 5acre place in the tropics and surveying, marking tree and plant positions have been very useful. Sometimes need to wait to get good GPS fix, especially in heavy tree coverage, if you don’t wait you will get VERY inaccurate points but they are easy to delete from your data. It would be nice if it would display GPS accuracy when placing a point. Well worth the $0.99.Show lessChuckManila

Ok, but has bugs
It does a good job, but the interface is not consistent (you have to use the keyboard to click 'done', clicking the photo doesn't enlarge but takes you to the camera) and the area plot doesn't seem to work. Kept crashing the app. Otherwise would be good.Peter Thom
iCloud version
Would nice to have a version of iCloud to view the different Apple devices, such as ipad, iphone.Gosseu

I like app. Good accurate way of measuring planted acres or fields. I wish it would auto log and auto scroll but dropping pins not hard at all. Had it for a year and still happy with it.Fl1867

I should start out by saying I have never wrote a review for anything before but this app has saved me so much time and work I felt I needed to. I am planting large amounts of trees and food plots for wildlife and this app has been perfect for that. It performs flawlessly and has helped me more than I could have imagined. Perfect for my application!!!
I was reluctant to purchase this app after reading some of the reviews. I'm sure glad I purchased it. I am using it to survey asbestos disposal locations at a landfill and it works excellent!!! User friendly and easily emails pdf's so the data can be saved. Worth way more than a buck to me, thanks!rachelvon

Read the reviews prior to purchase and was hesitant. I thought for $.99 what did I have to lose. Worked very well for plotting all points of my previously surveyed property. Once I worked with it a while it was simple and concise. The map and locations saved were easily sent to my e-mail for printing. Once it picked a location down in the mid Atlantic though. Don't know why, but by marking the point with a flag, deleting the point I was able to correct it. I tried a couple of other apps as well, but for under a buck I thought this did a great job.Show lessFlaten flyer
