Still has issues with iPad Pro
Although it doesn’t have all of the features of the desktop version, it used to be a pleasure using this app with my iPad Pro.
It’s been buggy for the past few months. They fixed most of the issues in a recent update but one still remains when viewing revenue and earnings info on a daily chart.
Since I travel with my iPad Pro rather than with my laptop I was hoping that they would be adding more desktop features to the app but if it takes months to fix very visible bugs, I’m not holding my breath about any major improvements.
It’s unfortunate because being limited to the reduced functionality of the app I don’t get to use everything I’m paying for.Show lessjohnbmtl1

I never write reviews. In the past 10 years of owning an iPhone I think I wrote 3 but this app takes the cake!
Honestly just downloaded it to see what it was about. Wasn’t for me so deleted it. Little did I know that they automatically signed me up for all types of stock market alerts... as in over 10 emails a day!
I unsubscribed on the app, logged into their website and unsubscribed AND even called their help line and asked them to remove me... still getting emails!Show lessKoppenhofer

£80+ per month in app subscription!
Even the help line number is an US number without even bothering with an international dialling prefix... Says it all really.

Powerful tool, great app
The power of MarketSmith is outstanding. Yes, it's expensive, but it really opens up the world of CANSLIM investing if you have limited time. The functionality of being able to apply your own filters is a great step forward than just relying on the lists printing in the IBD newspaper. The app is also terrific. It's very rare that a mobile app has 95% of the power of the desktop application, but this does. Day-to-day, you could get away with just relying on the mobile app; the main requirement of the desktop is to create your own filters and to create bespoke fundamental/technical views.

Simply the best investing tool!
Hands down one of the greatest investing tools you can use. I would like to be able to highlight the pattern to tell what stage base I'm looking at with pattern recognition. Like you can do on the iPad and PC. The iPhone 6 and 6+ seem big enough to allow this feature now. Let's make it happen.Mustangdood
