An Impressive Sale
Whip out this application with sellers and buyers and they are amazed with the technology in allowing so many options to allow a super quick decision. Especially impressive using an iPad. Very clear, to the point and presentable. Clients love the many scenario options and will make your listing or sale an easy take. What used to be presenting your recommendations on paper has taken a whole new turn for the better. You can even email or print the your recommendations on the fly "right there when it counts the most".

Wow!!! I love new screens when you rotate the phone.
It's a must have tool when you are talking to a prospective buyer or seller.
Just try it yourself! Do a Quick Estimate for a buyer, compute it and then rotate your phone 90 degrees real quick. Look at the new screen and info it gives you. That is powerful in convincing the buyer not to under bid.
