Can’t check your received transactions , can’t login in properly , inconvenient , bad service …

Probably the worst bank and banking app in the world.
Came to bank in person, just to be told that they have appointment system now, and I need to book one xD which I have never seen before, in any bank in the world.
Bank that is unable to make reliable app, where Lloyds bank, Barclays or any other reputable bank using fingerprint scanner and face id to access the app, Swedbank is forcing to use some third party no name apps that don’t even allow you to use app when you buy new device without going to their "bank" in person where now you need appointment 😂
But, this is probably good bank for third world countries like Latvia

Bad App
I want to add my card to Apple wallet. It’s a simple and a straight forward process, as all you have to do is to click “add to Apple wallet” button inside the app. I did that and received an error message. Tried again several times, same story. Called the customer services and was told to “reinstall the app.” Did that but it didn’t solve the problem. Called the customer service again, and was told that there is something wrong with my brand new iPhone. Hey Swedbank, all other cards on my phone work just fine. Maybe there’s something wrong with your app!? Think about that.

Varat izdzēst lietotnes datus, lietotnes uzstādījumos izvēloties “Delete user data”. Pēc tam atkārtoti pārinstalējiet lietotni, atinstalējot to no savas ierīces un instalējot atkārtoti Swedbank Latvija savā ierīcē. Marina
Terrible service+ terrible app= terrible bank!
Swedbank is now hopelessly terrible. It used to be bad but acceptable. This app is already as bad as it can get, and the staff are inefficient, intrusive, mostly just rude to customers! I don’t see any good reasons to use Swedbank rather than a bank. I will not use this app or this bank ever again!

Izskatās ka Swedbank nemaz neintresē viņu klientu viedoklis par aplikāciju, jo nekas nav ticis darīts lai aplikācija funkcionētu turpmāk pareizi.
Face ID? IPhone X Max (+update viss tagad strada perfekti!!!)
Kada jega Face ID opcijai ja ta nestrada?! Mani tas jau tracina!! Ok ja tas butu kad bija aplikacijas launch bet sai probleemai ir 6+ menesi!!!

Sveicināti! Ja iepriekš lietotne ir pārinstalēta, tomēr biometrijas (arī Face ID) izmantošana neizdodas, tad varat izdzēst lietotnes datus, lietotnes uzstādījumos izvēloties “Delete user data”. Pēc tam atkārtoti pārinstalējiet lietotni, atinstalējot to no savas ierīces un instalējot atkārtoti Swedbank Latvija savā ierīcē. Kristīne
