Great service, great people behind the service
Fiat thing I want to say is the customer service is incredible. I have signed up for TVAlb for 3 years, primarily for my parents, but I also use it whenever there’s sports to watch. In these 3 years, every time I’ve had an issue and called the phone was answered within 1 minute and they’ve always solved any problem we’ve had, weather I called and spoke in English or my mom called and spoke in Albanian.
