My son has now learned our home number and my cell. I love that I can personalize and add numbers. It's great practice and my kids love it. I like that the 911 call is simulated. I never thought to teach him what its like to be on the phone answering questions for a dispatcher. My only suggestion is that you can choose different 911 simulations for a medical or fire, or police/ personal safety type emergencies. Ok one more suggestion is that you could choose to have the phone look like an iPhone. I have to watch carefully while my son practices navigating the iPhone to make a phone call. this is a really helpful, practical app with lots of possibilities for expanding great ideas.Show lessJust a regular mom

App crashes when I go to settings and I just keep hearing the music with no direction how to get my child to memorize the numbers. Installed so many times already and also restarted the unit multiple timesDaddyMadoX

No sound!
Downloaded this app twice and there is still no sound. Really wish they would fix this. Seems like it would be a really nice app for my kids if we could just hear the soundMamaof2wildones

Very Good and Useful
I am a g'ma and never thought of teaching the kids their telephone number, etc. (bad g'ma). This app then fulfilled two goals; reminded me and taught the kids.
The kids, 6 girl and almost 4 boy, like it very much and play it over and over again, asking me to help when they forget something.
I'd like to see similar apps with different kinds of emergencies, e.g., what to do when an ambulance is needed. That is because the tempo and clarity and attraction on this one are all just right. Carry it over to different situations and it will be used.
My only most small niggle is that the children read the emergency number as nine, dash, one, dash. one dash. I heard of a child who frantically searched the telephone keypad once for the *11* button, to no avail. I wouldn't want these tech-savvy little urchins to do the same with the dash. So remove the dashes and it gets a five.Show lessTheMacBethe
