Has become long and frustrating to make a payment

Could make a payment in a couple of click before. Now you have to go through several steps and add bank details each time. Very off putting and frustrating

Wish was easy to change language

Been trying to find stuff out for my husband but can’t or won’t let us do anything to change number of mobile right pain

Doesn’t work

Can’t log in as app asks for cell number verification but then doesn’t send anything.

Not working - white screen

Used to work but now shows the Natixis logo/main screen, then transition to full white, then nothing happen..

Useless

This app is completely unusable on an iPhone XS.
You can’t scroll to the accept buttons and the keyboard always covers the field you are trying to enter text in.
