  • A Great Password Program!

Sticky is easy to use and allows me to have a different complicated password for each login that requires one. I only have to remember the login to Sticky Password itself. I have it on my Mac, iPad and iPhone and my wife has it on hers. One can also add other categories of sensitive information for easy retrieval. There is no longer a reason to potentially expose all your valuable personal data by using simple password(s) repetitively, if one’s computer or phone is hacked, lost or stolen.

  • Unique password manager

I have been using this password manger for the past 3-4 years or so. The main future which is attracted me, was home WiFi only (without cloud) synchronization. I synchronize between my main desktop and mobile platforms only. I am not using cloud. This adds extra layer of security for me in case cloud will get hacked. Yes, you do need paid version to do so. Other than that it was smooth experience. Integration with different browsers and platforms was great. Plus developers claim they donate to manatees, another reason to use it.

  • Almost Perfect

This is the only password manager I've ever used. I reccomend it to everyone with their lifetime option. I got it in 2016 and it's been serving me strong since. It keeps track of all those stupid accounts so I don't need to remember them from a shopping website that I'll use once every 3 years.
Two issues. An account won't autofill on both the app and website, it'd be nice if they could be linked. and the second issue is if you're looking for your email account password, when you use the search function everything that uses that email pops up rather than just gmail or yahoo or whatever.
Since that's every complaint that I have, this app deserves 5 stars and I can't be happy enough with it.

  • Sticky Password saves so much time at logins

My husband and I enjoy the luxury of having our passwords in a secure database. No longer do we have to have a spreadsheet of passwords or handwritten passwords, which could get in the hands of the wrong people. Only problem I have is with sticky password is when we each have a password to the same account and we have shared this with each other, it’s hard to login to the specific account you want because it continually logged in to the other account, even though neither are set as default. This is an issue I need to resolve. Currently, my own solution is to make note of the user ID and password and restart the computer. Upon the restart I do not open stickypassword but Google the site and manually login. This results in wasted time, and having to save any data sheets or docs prior to restart. Other than this issue, which I am trying to resolve, I would not want to go back to NOT having Sticky Password.

  • Devious installation of Rosetta

Until I wanted to try this app, I had a pristine new Mac mini with nothing on it but universal apps and no app that required Rosetta. This what I wanted to maintain, but thanks to Sticky Password installing Rosetta (and not informing me) or not ever calling it "Rosetta" during the install process, I have Rosetta on my Mac and apparently, it can't be installed. Most developers who require Rosetta to be installed because they're still using an Intell app at least warn you before installing it.

Yes, I know it really doesn't hurt anything, but I didn't want it on my Mac and this developer should have been honest enough to state that it was being installed during the install process. Instead, it's called something else with accompanying words that make you believe you must click a button to continue.

  • Sticky Password

I’ve been using it for the past 5 years and absolutely love it. It makes up extremely hard passwords that I don’t think can be guessed. It fills in the fields for you when you go to start your first name, but it gives you a choice, you can choose to let it fill in all the fields or to let you do it all. I purchased the lifetime key which was on special which can save you money. I highly recommend Sticky Password, it makes your life so much simpler, plus they update quite a bit. Try it, you’ll be glad you did!!

Thanks for the 5 star review!
  • One of the best

When I first started using sticky password I messed up and could not find the password. I found out I was screwed, they have no access to my password and there is no such thing as a recovery password. That’s because they don’t save your password which makes it very secure and that’s what’s most important. Another thing is I have the lifetime account and they don’t ask for more money. I had to quit 1 password because the lifetime license expired, which was B.S. Support on this pw manager is great too. Highly recommend.

  • New update now requires cell phone data to use.

New update now requires user to be connected to the Internet via cell phone data or Wi-Fi to use. That is really bad. I choose this password manager because I had the option to do local only Sync and local only data storage, no cloud. But now to use this app, user has to always be connected to the Internet. That is just ridiculous. I only use local storage and local sync. When opening the app it’s icon circles indefinitely unless you’re connected to the Internet either cellular or Wi-Fi. Also, it would be nice if developer could bring some color and make it more modern and of course fix the online only debacle.

  • Great Password Manager

I’m just an ordinary computer user with several hundred online sites that have login IDs and passwords. I am concerned about having strong, non repeating passwords for all these sites. Have a similar issue with certain programs on my PC. There was simply no way to remember all of them. I used my own custom designed database for a while, but I don’t know enough programming to automatically fill-in the appropriate fields on a web page, so I needed something better. Sticky Password solved my problems. I’m very satisfied with the usability of this program and it’s convenient automatic backup to my local PC. I’m not interested in putting all my passwords in the cloud... Really very satisfied with Sticky Password.

  • Best way to keep track of passwords

With all the different places to have to remember passwords, this is a fantastic way to not only track but keep them secure. It can easily generate a very complex password that is secure. Having the ability to use both the desktop and mobile apps is a major plus.
