Sloppy and not fun
For the price it is, I expected much more care. The UI is very sloppy (looks and feels like a DOS game from the 90's); the playability is poorly thought through (e.g. message boxes pop up in the middle of the screen, covering your boat so you can't see... but your race still continues!); the computer AI is very basic (e.g. why do the boats always run into each other?); and the rules are completely unrealistically enforced (e.g. Rule 15 seems to not exist at all).
Summary: WAY overpriced, poorly developed, frustrating to play.

I have yet to find a great sailing app until today. I was going to design one but this one is great. Please allow us to change the wind and seas. Lose the oil rig and throw in a storm or two. Multiplayer is non existent with so little players. Not enough of us I guess. I'll keep trying till I find someone.

BEST SAILING APP FOR IPHONE (in my opinion)
I'm a regatta fan. I tried top sailor-meh. But this one is amazing. The strategy is great, it's loads of fun, the boat selection is wonderful l. I do not have many complaints about this app. How ever these are the ones I could muster up. The tanker entering the course is a bit weird. And there is no strategy tutorial. But that's really it. I love this game.
Ps can you guys get a volvo ocean 65 in the game please. If you do that will make my day!

Absolutely amazing. I'm a very keen sailer and when I'm not on the water, CWind makes you feel like you've just entered the Americas Cup. I suggest you purchase this awesome sailing simulator. My only downsides are that It would be better with more locations, different boats to choose from(even some dinghys-laser?) and to be a choice of weather(wind, current,sunny, overcast etc.). So if your interested in a sailing simulator, use CWind. I've tried others but this ticks every box

Great but needs tweaks
This is a great sailing simulator, but the other boats are far too likely to run into you and each other, ruining a great race at the last minute. Even in the beginner mode the other boats should still know and obey right of way rules. And why are there oil tankers passing through the race course? Aside from being unrealistic they are just plain annoying. I've never watched a major regatta interrupted by oil tankers. Some additional sail controls would be a great addition, too.

C Wind sailing
Excellent simulation which needs skill to master -just like the real thing. There's a lot going on in the background which adds to the realism

Awesome Game!
This game is very fun and realistic. The addition of the extreme 40 was great. Could you please add some skiffs and other cats? I currently sail a 29er and on occasion a 49er and it would be great to be able to sail those in the game!

Really good game!!! Should make a mini sydney to hobart yacht race feature where u set the boat on a course to pass the time!!!
Great sailing!
I have sailed a few times and this is very close to the real thing, especially the actual racing! Look out or you will get tagged for a penalty but race cleanly and you can test your skills. Great app!
