Not intuitive & keeps crashing
This app is poorly designed. For the past three days a group of three of us have tried to set up something as basic as a a stereo setup - unsuccessfully though. The app clearly does not behave as described in the manual. Installing up a high-end device such as a pair of speakers should be a seamless experience. Instead, it’s just frustrating.

System keeps on crashing. I have 8 raumfeld speakers and they only work 50% of the time..... for whatever reason. Installation is very unreliable as well. Major drawback.David_P75
Tidal does not work

What happened to easily editing playlists?
I have been using this app for my Raumfeld since before the Raumfeld app became this “Teufel” thing. Back then, editing a Raumfeld playlist was easy. Now editing a Teufel playlist is stressful. While editing a playlist, I need to gesture with one finger in just the right spot at just the right speed and at just the right direction in order to move the song I want to move. As if that wasn’t enough, I just was moving a few songs in playlist, and for no apparent reason, the playlist has now duplicated and appended itself to itself... What the —-?

On the right path but still frustrating to use. Playlists and favourite track lists show in alphabetical order meaning newest tracks mixed up and usually just want to listen latest tracks. Need ability to order by date added.JorBloggs
HDMI auto on/off not working after update
Have a streaming soundbar that worked great everyday. Installed the updated app and updated device software and now auto on/off via HDMI CEC from TV no longer works!!TonyBCM
Good app but omissions.
This app works smoothly and is fairly intuitive. Once set up it's simplicity itself to use but... Album view is by alphabetical album title not Artist which is next to useless unless you can remember the title of every album by every artist in your collection, (with approximately 1500 albums I certainly can't).
The other issue is the inability to play AIFF files (as a Mac user this is annoying as I have to rip everything twice, AIFF for iTunes/BitPerfect and WAV for Raumfeld. I know I could ditch iTunes but my wife is used to it and finds it easy to use).
Sound from the Connector2 is very good (astonishing for the price), with WAV playback, if not quite as 'rhythmic or detailed as my Mac mini Audiolab MDAC set up, (I tried FLAC but didn't like it).

Doesn’t support multiple networks
We have Raumfeld system in our house and in an apartment. Two different networks. Both configured correctly but Raumfeld only remembers the last network setup. We own 5 wireless speakers, love them but now app is limiting us to use only in one location. PLEASE FIX.Jenksnews
