Reviews of My First Book of Spanish Alphabets

  • Great starter app!

My son is learning Spanish and this app is a great way to start. The letter are well pronounced, and the song that is included helps a lot.

As for the alphabet and photos it's great also, not cluttered with too many pictures and kid friendly (with each photo having a sound to relate to) it would be nice to have more photos with the option of having them rotated. Also have an option where the word is spelled. I upgraded to the full application and so far haven't had any trouble with it.

While the pronunciation is set to spaniard Spanish, I find it ok considering there aren't any other apps available like this one (Spain's flag should clue you in). This isn't meant to teach how to speak, just give a leg up in learning Spanish (I am fluent in Spanish.)
  • Free version only has through letter G

The free version of the App only has through letter G. Though it has example words which give examples of how the letter is pronounced in different words, it does not show how the letter is pronounced individually.
  • Horrible

Sad to say but this app is boring for children! I am a Spanish native speaker (from Central America) and the words used from this app are from spain. Also the voice sounds like it was cut right after ever word so it sounds every unprofessional and poorly made! Not good for teaching your children. The words are said too fast and with a difficult pronunciation to understand even for a native Spanish speaker. Not recommended!
